Cordelia’s in-depth knowledge about the systemic and structural issues that prevent people from thriving in workplaces and society have been solidified by her lived experience, education, and insights gained from a broad career. Her previous roles have included being the Operations Director at a youth employability charity, and Business Development manager at a digital inclusion charity. As a social researcher. Cordelia has conducted and participated in research projects exploring issues relating to leadership, inclusion and culture change. Some examples:
In recognition of her commitment to driving positive social change across communities, in 2015, Cordelia was selected as a Clore Social Fellow and her practise-based Fellowship research highlighted practical ways to make organisations more inclusive.
