Cordelia is a strategic leader with close to twenty years’ cross-sector experience of developing leaders and spearheading culture transformation programmes across multiple organisations.

With the unique ability to work seamlessly across different sectors, Cordelia has earned a strong reputation for her evidence-based, collaborative approach. Her impact includes successfully delivering transformative leadership development programmes for the National Grid and London Metropolitan Police Service, leading a change-enabling nationwide strategic review at the NSPCC, and providing Strategic Advisory and Consulting services to organisations including Currys, BT Group, Clore Social Leadership, Inclusive Employers, Tesco, Clarks and Ministry of Justice.

Cordelia’s in-depth knowledge about the systemic and structural issues that prevent people from thriving in workplaces and society have been solidified by her lived experience, education, and insights gained from a broad career. Her previous roles have included being the Operations Director at a youth employability charity, and Business Development manager at a digital inclusion charity. As a social researcher. Cordelia has conducted and participated in    research projects exploring issues relating to leadership, inclusion and culture change.  Some examples:

In recognition of her commitment to driving positive social change across communities, in 2015, Cordelia was selected as a Clore Social Fellow and her practise-based Fellowship research highlighted practical ways to make organisations more inclusive.

A Future of London mentor, trained Coach and Board member, her accolades include being recognised as the 2023 Baton Awards’ Thought Leader of the Year, 2024 Novi Inspiring Mentor of the Year, and receiving the 2024 BT Group Race Equity Award. Cordelia’s insights are motivational and actionable, offering practical, strategic tools to address pertinent leadership challenges.
